Orange & Turquoise | Rainbow Glue book time

Rainbow Glue book Bonus color selection by iHanna #gluebook

Orange is the happiest color.
Frank Sinatra

One of the many things I’ve enjoyed when working in the Rainbow Glue book is that it has given me the opportunity to [really] look at each color in the rainbow, one by one, and enjoy them individually. Each one speaks to me and has different meaning, but if I had to boil it down to one word to explain it I’d say; “happiness” about all of them.

Colors in combination with cut and paste as activity (glue booking) is pure joy to me. I love working monochromatic like this, exploring all the colors.

Today I’m sharing two of my latest videos on YouTube, where I am finishing the last pages of first orange and then turquoise.

Video: The Orange pages

Working on the orange pages in the Rainbow glue book is video number 4 in the Rainbow Glue book series. Enjoy!

Orange is the color of the sun. It is vital and a good color generally, indicating thoughtfulness and consideration of others. Edgar Cayce

Video: The Turquoise Pages

Working on the aqua / turquoise / teal pages in the Rainbow glue book is video number 5 of 7 in the Rainbow Glue book series. Enjoy!

Let me know in the comments if you enjoyed those videos. :-)

Good things are associated with blue, like clear days, more than singing the blues. Just the word ‘blue’ in the singular is full of optimism and positive connotation to most people.
David Carson

Here’s all the orange pages, love how they look together:

I love blue more than any other color. I am inordinately attracted to any blue substance: to minerals like turquoise and lapis lazuli, to sapphires and aquamarines; to cobalt skies and blue-black seas; Moslem tiles – and to a blue flower whether or not it has any other merit.
Eleanor Perenyi

Inspired by what I make? Please know that if you buy me a coffee on Ko-Fi I will feel even more encouraged to come back soon and share more inspiration with you!
