High Summer Greetings | Collage week 24 2025
High Summer Greetings my friend, hope you are well. Here the balcony door is open and this season is magnificent. I want more of this calm feeling, this feeling of being surrounded by beautiful flowers, happy bird babies that is visiting me on the balcony and a row of leisure days stretching forward. Days of creating art, drinking iced coffee and reading books. Moooore, yes please. In any case, let’s crack on with the blogging of my big art project of the year.
This blog post contains seven new collage artworks from this summer, as I continue creating in my series “365 collages in 2025”. I hope you like them, and if you do stop by please let me know in a quick comment. I’d love to know you visited today’s art gallery.

Thank you so much for clicking over, taking a look and leaving me a comment below telling me which of these collages you like best – and why you like it. Take care.
Please also check out week 24 2013 and week 24 2018 – birds, birds, birds.
About this project: I am making one collage for each day of the year in 2025 and blogging seven at a time each week here. I have created 365 artworks in a year thrice before so I am hopeful that I can do it again. I’d love to know which of these you like best – and why you like it. Thanks for helping me finish this by cheering me on. I appreciate you being here.

I absolutely DO love this group of collages – happy colors all around.
Thank you for that.
Post from here for me please 🥰
Glad you found a favorit, thank you for making a pick.
I love your collages! I am curious, are they all the same size? If so, what size are they?
Thanks Robin, how kind of you to visit and ask about my project. They’re approximately the same size each week and all 7-series are cut to the same size with about 3-5 cm difference between the series this year. About 10 or 15 cm square I think, but I’ll measure better later, and write about in a later blog post.
These are all so lovely! My favorite is 162. High Summer is absolutely sweltering in Florida so definitely not my favorite time of year but we have the a/c cranking!
Thanks Kelly. Summer was unusually hot in Sweden too this year but now it’s getting cooler until ice and snow comes to stay…. brrr. :-)
So hard to choose, Hanna! they’re beautiful!
Aww, thanks for visiting Jana!
Love this colorful set. My favorite is the daffodil, mostly because I love daffodils and that orange is so lovely.
Thank you Jacque, spring flowers really are magical. Each time they pop up I feel delighted and excited like a kid.
165: keep it coming -is my fave! I love the combo of pink and green and the pink vertical brushes of paint look so good. It’s wonderful you are creating 365 collages! I played along with you and Tammy Garcia in 2018 and it was a great experience, thank you!
Thanks Lenna, I remember that. Hope you are well and still being wonderfully creative. Keep it coming!
Such colorful collages again.
The weather is so cold and rainy in my neck of the woods this year.
I almost miss the hotter days.
Thanks Tobia, summer is not over yet.
I love the daffodil one and all the ones with water. Very cool!
Thank you Robin.
