We seem to be going through a period of nostalgia, and everyone seems to think yesterday was better than today. I don’t think it was, and I would advise you not to wait ten years before admitting today was great. If you’re hung up on nostalgia, pretend today is yesterday and just go out and have one hell of a time.

Dear Photo Diary

I am surrounded by birds. I went through one of many old pads of paper and tore out everything I didn’t want to look at again and recycled the paper. I stitched a bit, random glitter threads mingling. I painted two tiny planters pink. I got a Hello Kitty journal for kid’s from a friend. I have worn the (pink and green) wooden beads a lot lately. My pink Geranium looks like it’s dying, but it still blooms. I returned the book but haven’t started knitting with the green yarn I bought, planning to make wrist warmers. I love sandwiches for lunch, especially in summer.

yours truly
