Project: Moving pictures

I've always loved movies and movie making. About fifteen years ago you could find me on the floor editing infront of the TV, taking film from the camera straight into the VCR tape by pressing paus and record. A time consuming and not very rewarding task, but I spent hours like that.

Later I got a tiny editing board with five regulators for adding the video and music on top of that. Wow, how much fun I had with that thing! I love putting together quick clips from my life (and others) to make music videos with the right kind of mood setting music added. I can watch those over and over and over again...

Right now I'm experimenting with uploading short movies to the internet, filmed with ordinary photo cameras and edited using MovieMaker. My first movie is about my cat, Smilla. It's nothing special about the movie but she is the moviestar in my heart! My second film was about my book and the third filmed when mom was making cinnamon rolls (kanelbullar) in the kitchen.
