I have started a drawing project. Yay! A small, personal one that I am housing in this pink journal I got from my Swedish blog friend, Malin.

I searched through my blog archive but couldn’t find anything about this journal – so maybe I haven’t shared it before? It’s cute, pink, and perfect for me and what I have in mind right now…

Pink Sketchbook

This pink journal is not very big, only 14,5 x 14,5 centimeters (5.7 x 5.7 inches), with two signatures sewn to the wall paper cover. Malin painted the beautiful illustration on the cover, partly why I wanted this journal. Oh well, I’m calling it a sketchbook because that’s what I want to use it as.

I love how unlike this journal is from anything I make myself. I love buying this kind of handmade notebook (and the one from the Smallest Forest) to have a closer look at it, to figure out how it is made and stroke it. Pet it. And now, I’m using it too. Yay!

I named the project “Drawing Tiny Treasures” – and I’m excited about it. I’ll show you the first pages soon. In the meantime you can go visit Malin’s blog, it’s called Miss Kitten Heart.
