Creative Snapshots | Other’s Creative Space

Ateljé / Studio

I love visiting the creative space of other people. Places where you can detect the artist in every item, in the way the garden looks, in the book shelf… At some places you can almost feel the creative work going on in the air surrounding the place…

Don’t you just love when you can tell that “here lives/works an artist?”

Thought I’d share some photos of such places today:

Print and paint together
The Studio Cat
Carved for print
Hippopotamus
Dye
Thread
Silk

What is the best evidence that an artist lives or works in a place? Maybe the feeling that something, anything, can happen here…

I love that thought – being places that say ” here lives/works an artist” makes me wonder what people think when they come to my house?

I love opening your blog. I always know that I am going to enjoy myself and be much happier than I was when I started. It is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much.

You said, “Don’t you just love when you can tell that “here lives/works an artist?” I love going into the creative space of another artist and drawing inspiration from them!
