Advent first marks a beginning

A big flower that I want to climb into and live in #mindfulness

Do not dwell on the things of the past or consider events of long ago. Pay attention – I am doing something new! It’s happening right now. Don’t you see it?

These words from Isaiah proclaim the central message of Advent and the Christmas season: Be attentive to the new things happening around you; don’t get trapped in old recriminations.

You are all invited to live now and hope for what still can be.

Thank you for posting this, it’s very nice. I’m one of those people who does go over past events and think “why did I do that? what was I thinking??” even though I know it’s not good for me…But it’s true, it doesn’t do any good to do that.
    Take care
